MADE FOR ADVENTURE
Rainier Flooring System
The Rainier Flooring System was developed with the adventurer in mind. We use a fiberglass-reinforced closed cell foam originally intended for the marine market to create a durable, yet lightweight subfloor built to withstand the harshest conditions.
PRODUCT DETAILS
The Rainier Flooring System can be purchased through Campervan HQ. For custom floors* email info@justroamingdesign.com.
The Rainier Flooring System is easily installed via a locking system, which allows professional builders and DYIers alike to install with confidence, quickly. Each piece locks into the last to ensure that your tolerances are within the specifications. For Sprinters and Promasters we leave the rear factory threaded inserts available for safe cabinet fastening.
-
The Rainier Flooring system can be quickly installed and is ready to accept your finish floor after the adhesive has set. The Kit includes:
CNC cut fiberglass-reinforced closed-cell foam sub structure.
The substrate is divided into segments that lock together with a dovetail to ensure correct fitment within specified tolerances.
All standard floor systems come with between 3 and 5 segments.
Adhesive
Depending on the size of the floor, you will receive between 4 and 6 tubes of adhesive to secure the substrate.

The closed cell foam we use has the following properties:
60% the weight of traditional plywood
Same density as Baltic Birch Ply

Ordering Details & Shipping Policies
All floors are made to order. We do not offer refunds on made to order items.
We ship all floors with insurance.
When the floor arrives, you must inspect it for damage caused in transit.
If damage has been incurred, you must obtain the delivery driver’s signature stating proof of damage before accepting the shipment. Without this, you cannot file an insurance claim.
If there is proper documentation and you wish to file an insurance claim for a damaged item, we file the initial insurance claim. After the claim has been filed, further decisions are at the digression of the shipping company. This can be a lengthy process. Please plan accordingly.
