Just Roaming Policy & Disclaimers
GENERAL BILLING
Just Roaming bills $150/hr for consultations, design services, and system inspections and $125/hr for labor.
Consultations are billed at a minimum of 60 minutes with additional time billed in 30 minute increments. The client will be invoiced for the minimum requirement of 60 minutes upon booking the consultation.
DEPOSITS *
Due to the high demand for our services, and having a limited number of installation bays, scheduling for our services must be carefully controlled and calendared. Cancellations or rescheduling impact Just Roaming’s small team due to lost work opportunities and gaps in the work schedules of our employees. Just Roaming therefore requires a deposit on the following terms, to encourage customer follow-through and offset the costs described above.
For all service services and orders of $5,000 or more in the aggregate, the customer will deposit as follows:
If the scheduled start date of the service is within 45 days of the service order, the customer will pay a deposit of 50% of the total service order price.
If the scheduled start date of the service is outside of 45 days of the service order, the customer will pay a 35% deposit. The customer must then pay the remaining 15% of the deposit to reach an aggregate 50% deposit within 45 days of the scheduled start date of the service.

* Customers contracted for Full Builds should refer to their signed contract for precise billing details.
* Customers scheduled for work estimated to cost less the $5,000 will come to an agreement on a case by case basis, with the understanding that Just Roaming must receive cost of materials before ordering products required to complete the service order.
CANCELLATIONS
Service Orders*
In the event the customer cancels or reschedules a service order:
At least 45 days prior to the originally scheduled service date, Just Roaming will refund the deposit in full in the case of cancellation, and continue to hold the deposit on the terms herein in the case of rescheduling.
Within 45 days of the originally scheduled service date, Just Roaming will refund one-half of all deposits, the other half shall be non-refundable. If the customer reschedules, an additional deposit of 10% of the total service order is required.
*This policy does not apply to service orders that include made-to-order products such as Pre-wired Boxes and Alternators. See below for details.
Consultations
In the event the customer cancels or reschedules a consultation:
At least 24 hours prior to the originally scheduled consultation, Just Roaming will refund the deposit in the case of cancellation, and continue to hold the deposit on the terms herein in the case of rescheduling.
Within 24 hours of the originally scheduled consultation, Just Roaming will refund one-half of all deposits, the other half shall be non-refundable.
In the event that a customer does not show up to the originally scheduled consultation, the deposit is non-refundable.
PRE-WIRED BOX DEPOSIT & CANCELLATION
Deposit*
Our 12V Pre-wired Boxes are made-to-order. Because of this, we require a flat rate deposit based on the size of the battery bank.
200Ah - 600Ah battery bank requires a $10,000 deposit.
800Ah - 1000Ah battery bank requires a $15,000 deposit.
*Alternator Upgrade - all boxes which include a dedicated secondary lithium alternator upgrade will require the full material deposit for this product in addition to the deposit amounts stated above.
Cancellation*
We begin material procurement as soon as we receive the deposit. If the customer cancels the order at any time after we receive the deposit, the customer will be refunded 50% of the deposit.
*Alternator Upgrade - Because alternators are made-to-order, we cannot offer refunds on this product once we have processed the order.
POWER SYSTEM DISCLAIMERS
Installation
Just Roaming cannot install products bought elsewhere as we cannot warranty them. All products required for an electrical system installation must be purchased through Just Roaming.
Support
Due to the high demand for our services, we cannot offer support to those whom have purchased products outside of Just Roaming. This includes Victron Energy products. Victron has set up its support network so that the dealer or distributor from which the customer purchases the product is responsible for support. This included Victron product purchases made through Amazon.

* We defer to Victron Energy Limited Warranty Policy.
Shipping & Returns
Returns are accepted within 30 days of the invoice date. Merchandise must be in new and unused condition and in its original packaging. No returns are accepted on custom orders.
All returns are subject to a minimum 10% restocking fee if customer is covering the cost of shipping. If customer is forgoing the cost of shipping, then all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns will be credited to the customer after restocking fees and shipping charges have been collected.
