PRODUCT DETAILS
Our standard Pre-wired 12v Box is designed to fit over either rear wheel well and is expandable from 200ah - 1000Ah of Victron Energy Smart Lithium Batteries. The box also includes:
Victron 3000VA Multiplus
60 amps of DC-DC Charging via two Victron Orions (720 watts)
50 amps Solar via the Victron MPPT Solar Charge Controller
Shore power reverse polarity protection
4 AC Breakers
Minimum 12 DC Breakers
Master disconnect

Expandable battery bank Our system can support 2-5 Victron 200ah Smart Lithium Batteries giving you between 400ah-1000ah of energy storage. These batteries are superior to competitors for the following reasons:
High energy density: Victron Smart Lithium Batteries have the same energy density as most 100ah drop in batteries, meaning you get double the power for the same footprint.
Communication with the system: Using a physical connection to the Battery Management System (BMS) allows for closed loop communication. The BMS takes control of the system for greater efficiency and safety.
Bluetooth connectivity: The Victron Connect app gives you warnings and updates about battery health in real time.
Superior discharge current: The Victron 200ah Smart Lithium batteries can discharge at 400 continuous amps allowing you to support large DC loads and inverters.
A Victron 3000VA Hybrid Inverter Charger gives you the ability to power an induction cookstove, air conditioner, tools and more while off-grid. When you are plugged into shore power, it also allows you the ability to charge your battery bank.
A 50 amp Solar Charge Controller allows for up to 640 watts of solar on your camper.
60 amps of DC-DC charging from the alternator provides additional power to the batteries.
16 dedicated DC circuits to supply power to loads such as your fridge, heating system, lights, usb ports and more!
4 dedicated AC circuits including a 20 amp breaker for high loads such as an induction cookstove or an A/C unit.
Full monitoring via the Victron Connect app as well as the Cerbo and Touch GX touch screen provides you with the information to make educated decisions. You can also add auxiliary sensors for temperature and water tank level.
Alternator upgrade option with a pre wired and programmed Wakespeed alternator regulator installed in the box to work with a Nations Starter and Alternator 280 amp dedicated secondary alternator. See below for details on this upgrade.
Second Alternator Add On
We work closely with Nations Starter & Alternator and Wakespeed to offer advanced charging directly into your lithium bank. Unlike the typical DC-DC charging options, which can provide up to 720 watts of power without voiding your factory warranty, a dedicated lithium specific alternator can provide up to 3500 watts of power. The intelligent and innovative Wakespeed regulator will ensure that your charge rates are not exceeded providing longevity to your battery bank and will be able to supplement loads directly. You CANNOT use a stock factory alternator to supply directly into a lithium bank, if you do want a lithium specific alternator do not order a vehicle with 2 stock alternators.
Box Casing Materials
Standard: Our standard box is made from Black Faced Hex Plywood. These boxes can be purchased through Perfect Fit.
Hardwood: We also offer hardwood edge banded boxes. This means that we adhere actual hardwood onto the hardwood plywood to increase durability and aesthetic. If there is not a wood in our offerings that suits your needs or wants then please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate. These boxes cannot be purchased through Perfect Fit and are considered a custom solution. The cost of your box will vary depending on material pricing.

Installation of the box includes:
Shore power hook up with Smart Plug and adapter
Pre wire the solar to the roof including the penetration and marine grade cable entry
Alternator charging hook up with correct overcurrent protection off of the starter battery
AC and DC wires hooked up and tested
Installation of the Cerbo GX touch monitor and programming associated
All systems tested and operational

DIY INSTALLATION
This power system ships to you completely assembled and wired (with the exception of the batteries), ready for installation into your Mercedes Sprinter camper van.
Upon arrival, you will need to connect positive and negative lines to the batteries, make your solar, alternator and shore power connections and then crimp on your AC and DC loads.
Maintenance: fully charge your batteries every 2-4 weeks allowing for cell rebalancing. If leaving for an extended period of time turn off your DC loads via the dedicated breaker and switch inverter to charger only mode with it plugged into shore power. Make sure that the AC current limit is set to 13 amps.
